Job summary

The role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences, managing a team, and collaborating with Sales, Product, Operations, Risk, and Technology to drive process improvements and product adoption. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in Treasury Management, payments, cash management, or commercial banking.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, implementation, and servicing for Specialized Receivables including SafeCash and EBPP.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure timely, high-quality execution of client onboarding and servicing.
• Drive operational excellence, monitor metrics, and partner with Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Technology.
