Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation's Treasury Management team seeks a Supervisor of Treasury Management Training and Support to oversee training for clients, sales, and implementations, and to coach the team on new products and processes.

You will coordinate schedules, develop KPI dashboards, and work with managers to improve workflows while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. BA or BS required; 5 years in related roles; Pittsburgh area.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury Management servicing and implementations.
• Provide training and support to clients, sales and implementations teams.
• Coach and develop the Treasury Management team.
• Coordinate training schedules with internal partners and clients.
• Identify process improvements and KPI opportunities.
• Prepare procedures and scripts for new services and audits.
• Monitor training needs and escalate rush requests when needed.
• Ensure documentation and agreements for new services are complete.
• Uphold risk management and regulatory compliance standards.
