Job summary

Foresight Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Management Implementation and Support Specialist to manage onboarding, training, and ongoing servicing of treasury management clients.

You will collaborate with the Treasury Management Officer to ensure proper implementation of contracted services and with Client Service Coordinators for timely support. Responsibilities include processing cash management requests via ticketing system, phone, or email; providing training on ACH, wires, online

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years in banking including 1 year in payment processing.
• Knowledge of Regulation E and NACHA guidelines.
• Self-starting and promoter of electronic banking products.

Responsibilities

• Process daily treasury management requests via ticketing system, phone, or email.
• Provide direct support for treasury management inquiries via phone or email.
• Deliver customer training (in person and remote) for ACH, wires, online banking, bill pay, sweep accounts, and positive pay.
• Complete system setup and maintenance for treasury products and services.
• Maintain compliance with Regulation E and NACHA rules.
