Make a difference - for us and for your future.Position Title: Supervisor of Treasury Management Training and SupportBusiness Unit: Treasury ManagementReports to: Manager of Treasury Management OperationsPosition Overview:This position is primarily responsible for supporting Treasury Management Servicing and Implementations, overseeing training for clients, sales, new products and team development. The incumbent works with managers to effectively implement new Treasury Management products and enhance existing services including testing and training. Coordinates training schedules to meet our clients and internal business needs. Looks for process improvement opportunities and provides coaching and leadership to direct teams. Supports the development of key performance indicators (KPI).Primary Responsibilities:Provides support to Treasury Management's internal and external clients by identifying trends and needs for improved workflows to enhance existing workflows and meet client expectations. Coordinates training schedules and availability while meeting with sales, client service and implementations to assess their needs.Provides training and support to Treasury Management Operations, Treasury Management Sales Support and Implementations. Identifies opportunities to develop the teams as well as documents procedures to coincide with daily activities and department policies and regulations.Provides advanced knowledge and instruction to assist Treasury Management Operations staff, clients and other Treasury Management team members in structuring and organizing client accounts and service relationships.Assist in the supervision of the team in the absence of their manager. Escalates "rush" requests if needed and follows up with internal partners and our clients.Assist in monitoring daily volumes and allocates staff accordingly.Supports the testing of new services and creates scripts in partnership with Level 2 support. Assist with audit requests and create procedures and action plans.Reviews requests from Treasury Management sales staff and ensures appropriate documentation and agreements are received from Treasury Management staff to establish new services.Monitors recorded phone lines according to the corporate policy. Provides feedback to the managers and team.
