Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Customer, Product and Technology Training Specialist to guide and direct the technical implementation of Treasury Management tools for clients. This role supports the applicable Treasury Management products and requires strong collaboration with sales, service and operations teams.

The position emphasizes coaching, advanced technical guidance, and coordinating issue resolution with the technology group to ensure smooth deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree required

Responsibilities

• Evaluates clients' needs and independently determines best-suited tools.
• Determines products and services for cross-sell opportunities.
• Coaches Huntington's products, services and systems for clients and colleagues.
• Provides advanced technical advice to teams to resolve system/technical issues.
• Coordinates resolution of technical issues with operations/technology groups.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of Treasury Management concepts, practices and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
