Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Training Specialist to guide the technical implementation of Treasury Management tools and systems for clients, supporting product alignment and client success. This role focuses on applying advanced knowledge to resolve post-implementation questions and coordinate cross-functional efforts.

The position requires 3+ years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree, along with strong written communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates client needs and independently determines best-suited tools for the client.
• Determines products and services best suited for cross-sell.
• Facilitates coaching on Huntington's products, services and systems for external customers and internal colleagues.
• Provides advanced technical advice to the Treasury Management service team and sales colleagues.
• Coordinates resolution of technical issues with the operations/technology group.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of Treasury Management concepts and practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
