Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in Treasury Management or operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects and coach staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports Treasury Management servicing, implementations and training.
• Oversees client training, sales support and product integration.
• Coordinates training schedules with sales, client service and implementations.
• Develops KPIs and coaches staff to improve workflows and risk controls.
• Monitors daily volumes, assigns staff, and supports testing of new services.
• Escalates rush requests and liaises with internal partners and clients.
• Ensures documentation and agreements are in place for new services.
