Job summary

SSB002 SOUTHSTATE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION in McKinney, TX is seeking a Treasury Management Support Specialist to provide ongoing email and phone client support for TM products and services. You will resolve inquiries, assist with implementation, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Experience: 2 years related experience (Treasury Management, Commercial Call Center, Client Service, Operations); Previous banking experience preferred.
• Certifications/Specific Knowledge: MS Office expertise; ability to read, write, speak and understand English; Knowledge of Treasury Management products / services, account analysis and online banking systems is preferred.
• Excellent written/oral communications skills; Proven success in problem analysis and resolution; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Strong organization skills; Ability to manage multiple detailed work assignments with a high degree of accuracy.
• Training: Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary phone support and daily contact for client resolution on Treasury Management issues, products, and commercial account analysis.
• Research and respond to Treasury Management client inquiries in a professional, timely and efficient manner.
• Advise clients on online security, product utilization and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and SLAs for implementation tasks and timelines.
• Maintain tracking logs for client additions/changes/deletions.
• Assist Treasury Management Sales Officers in identifying client needs and offering TM products and services.
• Provide telephone sales support for basic TM products/services.
• Collaborate with Implementation Specialists and Sales Officers as needed.
• Participate in data mapping, testing and conversion projects related to bank mergers.
