Job summary

F&M Bank - Archbold, OH seeks a Treasury Management Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service for commercial accounts. You will assist with Business Online, Mobile Banking, ACH, wire transfers and other treasury products, handling calls and emails with accuracy and timeliness.

The role works across departments to resolve issues, maintain security, prepare client documentation, and support the Treasury Management Sales Team while ensuring regulatory compliance and high customer

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Treasury or Commercial Management preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience working in Customer Service preferred.
• AAP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and email support for Business Online and Business Mobile Banking customers or other customer support calls.
• Provide support for the Bank’s Treasury Management product set, including ACH, Wire Transfer, Bill Pay, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, and other services.
• Monitor incoming ACH files to ensure that files are processed accurately.
• Prepare documentation/agreements for implementation for new and existing clients.
• Assist with setting up user access and other system configurations.
• Prepare reports as requested and educate others on new procedures, processes, and products.
• Comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements applicable to the role.
