Job summary

FCBank is seeking an entry-level sales support professional to assist in commercial customer service, onboarding of new services, and treasury management promotion. The role supports documentation, training, account maintenance, and pricing changes while servicing a growing portfolio.

Responsibilities include coordinating with treasury officers, promoting digital treasury products, and providing comprehensive client support.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or six months related experience or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Treasury Management, Banking or Financial Services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enhanced client service for treasury management products and services.
• Support merchant portfolio growth by promoting deposit products and services to commercial customers.
• Provide administrative support to Treasury Management Officers, including materials prep, reporting, and account maintenance.
• Promote our culture by maintaining positive relationships with clients and communities, and adhering to policies and standards.
• Focus on accuracy and attention to detail by understanding customer needs and delivering effective solutions.
• Promote digital awareness of treasury products with cross-functional teams.
