Job summary

Plumas Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to promote, onboard, and support treasury management products for commercial and small business clients. The role involves onboarding through ongoing support and aiding in product identification and implementation of treasury technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years’ banking experience, preferably retail banking.
• Associate degree and/or a combination of education and experience in digital and/or retail banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and applicable Bank systems.

Responsibilities

• Converse with clients about the treasury product cycle from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Maintain and manage treasury annual product review process.
• Identify client needs through discussions with business development or advisors.
• Troubleshoot client technical challenges and support onboarding timelines.
• Collaborate with internal partners/vendors and customers to ensure service levels.
