Responsibilities

• Onboarding & implementation for Business Banking and Commercial clients, including planning, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Review treasury management agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy.
• Coordinate implementation activities (ACH, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, transfers).
• Schedule and deliver client training on treasury platforms and fraud-prevention tools.
• Provide first-level support for core treasury management solutions.
• Research and resolve routine onboarding, maintenance, or servicing issues within procedures and SLAs.
• Proactively communicate with clients and internal partners; maintain positive relationships.
• Escalate complex requests to TM Service Specialist II or partners as appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; audit-ready documentation.
