Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries by gathering and analyzing data to identify and solve problems.
• Communicates action plans and updates to partners and clients; documents calls.
• Analyzes inquiry reports to identify trends and improvements; suggests process improvements.
• Initiates client communication to add value and cross-sell products and services.
• Participates in client meetings or conference calls as required.
• Keeps abreast of new or existing bank products or services.
• Performs in a leadership capacity for escalations, projects and training.
