Northern Trust is seeking a call center professional in Tempe to handle inbound and outbound communications for account owners and financial institutions. Responsibilities include providing information, processing trades, and resolving issues in collaboration with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from account owners and financial institutions; provide information and trade support.
• Make outbound calls for tasks from Ops and to respond to tasks from RPO/Non-Contact to prevent escheatment.
• Respond to inbound emails and collaborate with bank partners to resolve issues.
• Work on special projects assigned by management.
