Qualifications

• Five (5) years related experience.
• Knowledge of electronic banking products and general bank operations.
• Knowledge of basic accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of related federal and state banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for electronic banking products and services including online banking, ACH, wires, E-statements, and more.
• Schedule and provide installation and training with clients for Treasury Management products.
• Assist Treasury Management sales staff with complex implementation requests and client reviews.
• Prepare and distribute online banking and remote deposit user letters.
• Assist with ACH/wire/mobile deposit temporary limit increases.
• Maintain procedures and treasury management product guides.
