Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of banking operations or client service experience.
• 1+ years of account opening experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and implement treasury solutions for Business Banking and Commercial clients.
• Coordinate activities (ACH files, Positive Pay, BAI reporting, transfers) and train clients.
• Provide first-level support and resolve routine onboarding or service issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; maintain documentation.
