Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4–6 years in Treasury Management Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed understanding of TM product offerings (ACH, Wire, Online Banking, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Account Analysis).
• Ability to research and resolve complex issues independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support TM Sales Officers and Bankers with implementations/maintenance and client support.
• Educate clients on TM products and provide training.
• Collaborate with TM Sales Team, bankers, and operations.
• Identify issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures.
