Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Associate Team Lead in Dallas to lead a team delivering high-quality support across the client onboarding lifecycle. You will partner with Treasury Management Officers and sales leaders to align resources, drive process improvements, and ensure timely delivery of services.

The role emphasizes coaching, scalability, and a client-focused culture, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, risk controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5 years experience in Treasury Management, Sales Support, Client Service, Operations, or a related field.
• Prior people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and managing employees.
• Strong understanding of Treasury Management products, sales processes, and the client lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to build partnerships across teams.
• Strong judgment for navigating complex or escalated situations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Treasury Management Sales Associates.
• Establish clear expectations for performance, accountability, responsiveness, and partnership.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, coaching sessions, and development discussions.
• Build bench strength through cross-training, knowledge sharing, and development planning.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members and help accelerate readiness to support assigned portfolios.
