Fifth Third Bank in Dallas, TX is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Associate Team Lead. The role leads a team of Treasury Management Sales Associates who support Treasury Management Officers and the Commercial Payments organization.

You will develop talent, coach the team, and ensure consistent, timely, high‑quality support across the client sales and onboarding lifecycle, building strong partnerships with TMOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5 years experience in Treasury Management, Sales Support, Client Service, Operations, or related field.
• Direct responsibility for coaching, developing, and managing employees.
• Strong understanding of Treasury Management products and the client lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage competing needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Treasury Management Sales Associates.
• Ensure strong partnerships between TMSAs and TMOs with clear expectations.
• Monitor workload, capacity, and staffing coverage.
• Drive standardized processes, controls, and continuous improvement.
• Address escalations and align resources with business priorities.
