Fifth Third Bank, National Association in Dallas, TX seeks a Treasury Management Sales Associate II to partner with Treasury Management Officers, supporting client opportunities and advancing the sales process.

The TMSA II provides sales, pricing, analytical, and portfolio support throughout the deal lifecycle, including opportunity prep, client research, pricing analysis, proposal support, and coordination with pricing and other internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, or financial services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/workflow systems.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with TMOs to support client and prospect opportunities throughout the sales process, with limited supervision.
• Conduct client, prospect, portfolio, and industry research to support sales strategy and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop and support pricing models, proformas, profitability analyses, and non-standard pricing requests.
• Prepare and coordinate client-facing materials, proposals, and RFP support.
• Manage sales-support requests from intake through completion and communicate status, risks, and next steps.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and deliver a consistent client experience.
• Exercise independent judgment and ownership in prioritizing work and escalating complex matters when needed.
• Share best practices and contribute to process improvements in the TMSA support model.
