• Manages calling schedule and pre-plans to support clients and business units.
• Provides professional telephone support to treasury management clients and prospects.
• Collects documentation to support implementation of services.
• Trains non-treasury personnel in treasury opportunities within the territory.
• Liaises between business unit and operations to discuss treasury opportunities.
• Mitigates risk and works with risk managers and lenders to identify risks.
• Adheres to service level agreements, policies and regulations.
