Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
• 5 years banking experience in customer service, retail operations, treasury management support or sales.
• Proficient knowledge of online banking, ACH and Wires, remote deposits, and account analysis.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy to generate new deposits and treasury customers.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of treasury management services and educate customers on features and benefits.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate pricing, and provide cost analysis.
• Complete documentation and client setup of TM products in bank systems.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Manage pipeline and support department functions during absences or overloads.
• Support proper procedures, policies, and systems for compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Travel as needed.
• Assist with audits and exams as needed.
• Facilitate training opportunities for bank personnel on TM services.
• Generate/support new ideas for treasury management products.
