National Bank of Arizona (NBAZ), a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., seeks a Treasury Management Sales Associate for the Biltmore/Phoenix area. You will support TM sales consultants, perform pre-call research, develop proposals, and help manage client portfolios while collaborating with internal partners.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree and some experience with treasury management products, bank products, sales, customer service or other related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Create sales prospecting reporting and analysis.
• Provide TM Sales Consultants with pre-call research, develop proposals, and prepare post-sale customer documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between the customer, the sales consultant, and the implementation team to ensure a satisfactory implementation experience.
• Provide sales backup for the TM Sales Consultants and may conduct joint sales calls with the TM Sales Consultants and Relationship Managers.
• Take ownership of customer portfolios and share knowledge.
• Analyze and communicate decisions that can impact the client.
