Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a dedicated Treasury Management Sales Associate to support relationship growth and client satisfaction in our Las Vegas office. You will partner with Sales Consultants and Implementation teams to onboard clients, manage complex treasury products, and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in treasury management, banking, sales, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of treasury products, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for high-value Treasury Management clients, providing expert servicing.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation between clients, Sales Consultants, and operations.
• Provide backup support by joining joint calls with Sales Consultants and Relationship Managers.
• Resolve client issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams and escalating when needed.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and drive engagement with complex bank offerings.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and value-added service.
• Support the Treasury Management team and align with organizational goals.
