Job summary

First Business Bank in Leawood, KS is seeking a Vice President - Treasury Management Sales Officer to lead client acquisition and cross‑selling of treasury solutions.

You will develop new deposits and treasury relationships, work with commercial lenders, and help grow strategic relationships while ensuring regulatory and compliance standards. This role emphasizes strong relationship building, market knowledge, and teamwork across bank units.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in Treasury Management or Commercial Banking/Lending with sales experience.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and decision making under pressure.
• Active community involvement and networking.
• CTP or CCM designation preferred; support offered to complete.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and gather in-market deposits; self-sourcing is key.
• Call on prospective businesses to develop new commercial deposit and loan relationships.
• Maintain existing client relationships and cross-sell bank products; internal referrals.
• Collaborate with commercial lending team and other First Business entities to cross-sell treasury solutions.
• Partner with Treasury Management Officers to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current on industry trends and market data; understand treasury and deposit products.
