Job summary

Fifth Third is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Associates II in Detroit to support TM Officers in sales, pricing and portfolio management. You will help prepare proposals, analyze working capital and identify cross‑sell opportunities for complex clients.

The role requires strong communication, independent initiative, and expertise in TM products with travel up to 30% monthly. You will develop the skills to advance toward a Treasury Management Officer role within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Treasury Management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and analyze Financial Statements.
• Strong pricing and proforma modeling skills.
• Proven client interaction and proactive solution development.
• Initiative and ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TM systems (XAA, ACE, Mobius).

Responsibilities

• Support assigned TM Officers in the sales process with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare client calls, proposals, relationship reviews and pricing analysis.
• Review portfolios for revenue and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Lead small sales opportunities and follow up with solution development.
• Own assigned RFP sections and meet deadlines with teammates.
• Collaborate with the deal team on value propositions.
• Contribute to excellent internal and external client experiences.
• Maintain industry knowledge through market reviews and studies.
• Coordinate with implementation calls for significant deals.
• Mentor partners on TM products and solutions.
• Attend prospect and client meetings as appropriate.
• Travel approximately 10%–30% per month, on short notice.
