Job summary

Qualifications

• University/college degree typically required for roles at this level.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk.
• Strong client relationship management and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management activities with new and existing clients.
• Grow sales, revenue, and market share against relevant sales goals.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to generate revenue.
• Originate, financially analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manage risk/return and quality for new and existing clients.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Provide client ideas and insights based on client needs.
• Increase client engagement and loyalty.
• Build internal and external networks, including community and industry relationships.
• Acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Present the full range of PNC products and services.
• Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk under business direction.
