State Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Relationship Manager to serve the Fulton County, Williams County, and Angola, Indiana markets. You will identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver customized Treasury Management solutions to commercial clients.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S./B.A. in related field preferred or banking education.
• Experience: Minimum of three years in banking, treasury management, sales, or financial services.
• Skills: Strong business development, relationship management, consultative selling, and knowledge of Treasury Management products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage Treasury Management relationships with business customers.
• Achieve sales, deposit growth, and fee income goals through tailored Treasury Management solutions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Retail, Wealth Management, and other partners to grow client relationships.
• Educate clients on Treasury Management products and guide onboarding and implementation.
• Maintain CRM usage and provide sales activity updates and reports.
