Job summary

State Bank seeks a Treasury Management Relationship Manager to cover the Fulton County, Williams County, and Angola, Indiana markets. You will identify, develop, and manage Treasury Management relationships with existing and prospective business customers, delivering customized solutions to meet sales, deposit, and fee income goals.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related banking, treasury management, sales, or financial services experience.
• Strong business development and relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services; strong CRM and Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage Treasury Management relationships with current and prospective business customers.
• Achieve sales, deposit growth, and fee income goals via customized Treasury Management solutions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Retail, Wealth Management, and Private Banking partners to deepen client relationships.
• Educate customers on Treasury Management products and services and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain expertise in payment systems, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
