Job summary

State Bank in Bryan, OH is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to lead regional Treasury Management relationships and drive strategic growth. This full‑time role covers Fulton, Williams counties and Angola, Indiana, working with Commercial, Retail, Small Business, Wealth Management and Private Banking teams to deliver customized TM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in banking or treasury management, strong business development and presentation skills, and knowledge of TM

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of related banking, treasury management, sales, or financial services experience normally required
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products such as ACH, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Business Online Banking, and Merchant Services
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Consultative sales and solution design abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong presentation and training skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations and risk management practices
• Ability to collaborate with Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and other business partners

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage Treasury Management relationships with current and prospective business customers
• Achieve sales, deposit growth, and fee income goals through customized Treasury Management solutions
• Partner with Commercial, Retail, Small Business, Wealth Management, and Private Banking teams to grow opportunities
• Educate clients on Treasury Management products and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline and performance
