Job summary

State Bank is seeking a Treasury Management professional to cover Defiance County, Paulding County, Henry County, and Fort Wayne markets. The role focuses on identifying and growing Treasury Management relationships, delivering customized solutions, and partnering with Commercial, Retail, Wealth Management, and Private Banking teams to meet sales and deposit goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in banking or treasury services, strong consultative sales skills, and knowledge of Treasury

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field preferred or banking education/training.
• Minimum 3 years banking/treasury management/sales/financial services experience.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Consultative sales and solution design abilities.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products (ACH, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Business Online Banking, Merchant Services).
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and risk management practices.
• Ability to collaborate with Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Wealth Management and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage Treasury Management relationships with existing and prospective business customers.
• Achieve sales, deposit growth, and fee income goals through customized Treasury Management solutions.
• Work with Commercial, Retail, Small Business, Wealth Management and Private Banking partners to deepen client relationships.
• Educate customers on Treasury Management products and services and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain expertise in Treasury Management products, payment systems, and emerging technologies to support strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure efficient processes and quality customer service.
