Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–10 years of banking, sales, or Treasury Management experience.
• Proven track record in Treasury Management sales.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client service orientation.
• CTP or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury Management sales and service delivery for the designated area; develop marketing strategies and sales objectives for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Private Banking to design tailored Treasury Management solutions for clients.
• Direct, coach, and support Treasury Management Sales associates to ensure high performance.
• Serve as product partner for Relationship Managers; join calls with clients/prospects as needed.
• Drive ongoing professional and technical development related to Treasury Management products and sales skills.
• Conduct Treasury Management training sessions and present product updates for internal staff.
