Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Treasury Management Sales Officer to drive business development for Treasury Management products across lines of business. The role targets annual sales goals, regular calling programs, and partnership with Relationship Managers to grow client relationships.

Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, preparing pro forma analyses and proposals, and coaching onboarding teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CTP or MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of treasury management pricing and account analysis is required.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Grow Treasury Product revenue through direct sales to meet goals.
• Develop and execute regular calling programs and networking.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to support client relationships.
• Prepare proposals and presentations with Treasury Management Sales Analyst support.
• Analyze client needs to drive product adoption and solutions.
• Guide onboarding and ensure exceptional client experience.
• Track activities and report results to Sr. Management.
