Job summary

Dexian is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Management Operations Support Specialist to support daily treasury management operations, onboarding, and customer service for internal teams and clients. The role requires knowledge of ACH, RDC, Positive Pay, Lockbox, and Wire Services, with opportunities to lead on onboarding, training, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years banking experience (Level I)
• 2–3 years treasury management or banking operations experience
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile treasury transactions including ACH, RDC, Positive Pay, check returns, and wires.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation of treasury management services.
• Provide technical support and training on treasury platforms and products.
• Maintain accurate customer files, documentation, and reports.
• Support risk reviews and process improvements.
