Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. seeks a Treasury Management Operations Specialist (Client Support) to deliver exceptional service to TM clients via phone and email, handling inquiries, issues, and service requests with accuracy.

The role leads a team, ensures KPI targets are met, and trains new hires, with responsibility for TM products such as ACH, RDC and Wires; bilingual Spanish preferred to support a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Coaching, performance management and employee development experience.
• Ability to motivate teams in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements or system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to Treasury Management clients by phone and email.
• Act as escalation point for TM Client Support issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Train and onboard new hires; manage team workflow and schedules.
• Monitor KPI’s, SLA’s and performance standards; ensure targets are met.
• Support TM products (ACH Origination, RDC, Wires, Positive Pay, Online Banking, etc.).
• Collaborate with other bank departments and assist with system upgrades or migrations.
• Present information effectively in one-on-one or group settings to clients and staff.
