Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Specialist (Client Support) in a full-time role in Florida.

The position supports Treasury Management products and services, including ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Online Wire Transfers and more, with a focus on delivering excellent client service. The role requires 3 years TM Client Support experience and preferred supervisory experience, with bilingual Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of TM Client Support experience required.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Proven coaching, performance management and employee development.
• Experience supervising client support or operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Manage workflow, schedules and delegate tasks.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs and performance standards are met.
• Train and onboard new hires to their roles.
• Escalation point for Treasury Management Client Support issues.
• Support Treasury Management products and services by phone, web, and in person.
