Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a full-time Treasury Management Operations Specialist (Client Support) to deliver exceptional service to Treasury Management clients. The role handles inquiries primarily by phone and email, with responsibilities across onboarding, training, and escalation.

The position supports ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Online Wire Transfers, and other TM products. Strong leadership, teamwork, and bilingual Spanish are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience required.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Treasury Management clients by addressing inquiries via phone and email.
• Lead and manage TM Client Support team, creating schedules and delegating tasks.
• Ensure KPI, SLA, and Performance Standards are met and reported.
