Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Treasury Management clients by phone and email.
• Manage workflow, schedules, and delegate tasks.
• Meet KPI, SLA, and performance standards.
• Train and onboard new hires.
• Act as escalation point for client support issues.
