Sunflower Bank, N.A. seeks a Treasury Management Operations Specialist (Client Support) to deliver outstanding service to TM clients via phone and email, resolving issues and handling service requests with accuracy and timeliness.

The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with strong emphasis on leadership, cross-department collaboration, and compliance with NACHA rules. Bilingual Spanish is preferred to assist a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience required.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Treasury Management clients by phone and email.
• Lead and manage a team, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and security/compliance standards are met.
• Assist with product support for ACH, RDC, Wires, and Online Banking.
