Job summary

Huntington seeks a Treasury Management Onboarding Implementation Specialist to drive complex client implementations from initiation through go-live. You will coordinate across Sales, Product, Service, Operations, Technology, and Risk to ensure timely delivery and optimal client outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Commercial Treasury Management project management, strong communication skills, and experience with Monday.com and MS Office in a hybrid in-office/work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years in project management delivering Commercial Treasury Management implementations.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives with sales, product, service, operations, and technology.
• Experience managing dashboards, schedules, status reports, and milestones.
• Experience in fast-paced financial services with high client exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Treasury Management client implementations from initiation to go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients across projects.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, dashboards, and milestone tracking.
• Communicate clearly with executive-level stakeholders and document progress.
