Job summary

You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless implementation, provide analyses, and monitor requests from start to use, fostering strong relationships and top-tier service. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of related experience.
• Experience with Treasury Management products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new and existing customer implementations of Treasury Management products.
• Serves as main contact between customer and U.S. Bank during onboarding via phone or email.
• Performs analyses, monitors implementation requests from POS to customer use.
• Builds positive customer relationships through service delivery and product functionality.
