Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join the Treasury Client Onboarding Team. You will lead end-to-end onboarding projects for Treasury Management clients, coordinating with internal partners and clients to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of project management experience, knowledge of treasury services, and strong communication and organizational skills. The role requires working from a U.S. Bank location most days and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in project management activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client and internal partner initiatives for new clients or existing clients, adding new treasury services with direct impact on Treasury Client Onboarding and Servicing (TCOS); ensure project deliverables are met, on time.
• Coordinate, facilitate and participate in client meetings related to assigned projects and initiatives.
• Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding projects for Treasury Management clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes with the use of project plans as needed.
• Solicit ongoing feedback from client, Relationship Manager, internal partners and servicing peers to identify areas of improvement.
