Job summary

BankUnited is seeking an Operations Associate for Treasury Solutions to support onboarding and maintenance of Treasury Solutions clients. You will work with the management team to ensure daily/weekly service level adherence and help communicate errors to the Branch Network, Management, and clients as needed.

The role requires strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills, with experience in Treasury Management and online banking support preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in Treasury Management/Solutions operations and online banking support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain department workflow and service levels.
• Review procedures and communicate deviations or errors.
• Prepare management reports and assist with special projects.
• Handle inquiries from internal customers and branch network.
• Identify and report suspicious activity and ensure compliance.
