Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Service Specialist I to provide onboarding, maintenance, and day-to-day service support for Business Banking clients in the United States.

You will implement standard treasury onboarding, support client adoption, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales, Operations, and Product teams to ensure accurate implementations and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in banking operations, treasury support, or related client service role.
• 1+ years of account opening experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Business Banking/Commercial clients and review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform standard treasury onboarding, product maintenance, and testing for go-live readiness.
• Coordinate implementation activities (ACH, NACHA formats, Positive Pay, BAI reporting) and provide training.
