Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Treasury Management Onboarding Implementation Specialist who will act as a dedicated Project Manager. You will lead complex Treasury Management client implementations from initiation through go-live, coordinating across Sales, Product, Service, Operations, Technology, Risk, Vendors, and Client stakeholders.

The role requires 4+ years of project management experience in Commercial Treasury Management, with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 4+ years’ project management experience leading Commercial Treasury Management implementations for financial institutions.
• 4+ years direct responsibility managing complex Commercial Banking clients with high-touch implementation requirements.
• 4+ years building and maintaining project dashboards, schedules, reports, logs, and milestones.
• 4+ years managing multiple concurrent client implementations while meeting timelines and deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate across Sales, Product, Service, Operations, Technology, Risk, Vendors, and Client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of complex Treasury Management client implementations from initiation to go-live.
• Drive timely execution by defining, assigning responsibilities, and tracking milestones.
• Engage stakeholders and align internal teams to deliver successful projects.
• Manage multiple client implementations concurrently with clear accountability and outcomes.
