Job summary

Emprise Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist to coordinate and execute the deployment of Treasury Management products for new and existing clients. You will manage implementations from commitment through activation, ensuring requirements, documentation, and systems align with customer needs.

You will serve as the central point of contact among customers, Treasury Management Sales, Commercial Banking, Bank Operations, vendors, and internal partners, handling multiple

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in banking, financial services, operations, or onboarding.
• Treasury Management experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating implementations or complex client requests preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute implementation of Treasury Management products and services.
• Coordinate changes for existing Treasury Management services for existing customers.
• Gather and review customer information and documentation.
• Establish requirements, timelines, and next steps for implementations.
• Monitor workflow and service levels to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain implementation records and related documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, banking ops, vendors and internal partners.
• Provide status updates and ensure smooth transition to ongoing client service.
