Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in banking, financial services, operations, client onboarding, or related field.
• Experience coordinating implementations, projects, or complex customer requests preferred.
• Treasury Management experience preferred.
• Experience with ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, online banking, or other Treasury Management products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute implementation of Treasury Management products and services from customer commitment through activation.
• Coordinate new Treasury Management services and changes for existing customers.
• Gather and review customer information and documentation based on requirements.
• Establish implementation requirements, responsibilities, timelines, and next steps.
• Monitor workflow and service levels to ensure requests are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain ownership of implementation requests through completion and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate document exceptions and obstacles with internal partners.
• Identify delays or issues and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
