Job summary

Emprise Bank in Wichita, KS is seeking a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist to coordinate and execute Treasury Management implementations for new and existing clients from commitment to activation, ensuring requirements, documentation, and systems are aligned.

You will coordinate with customers, Treasury Management Sales, Commercial Banking, Bank Operations, vendors, and internal partners to deliver a smooth transition from sale to ongoing service while maintaining exemplary client

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute implementation of Treasury Management products and services from commitment through activation.
• Coordinate new Treasury Management services and changes for existing customers.
• Gather and review customer information and documentation based on business and product requirements.
• Establish implementation requirements, responsibilities, timelines, and next steps.
• Monitor implementation workflow and service levels to ensure requests are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain ownership of implementation requests from initiation through completion.
