Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist to onboard customers to payables, receivables, and related financial products.

You will serve as the main contact, coordinating activities from sale to go-live, ensuring timely implementation and high-quality onboarding experiences. The role requires strong Treasury Management knowledge, excellent communication, and collaboration with internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners and external customers.
• Proficient computer navigation skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new and existing Treasury Management customers, including payables, receivables, and other financial products.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer representatives throughout the implementation process via phone and email.
• Conduct onboarding activities, perform analysis, and coordinate implementation tasks from point of sale through customer use.
• Monitor and track implementation requests, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure product functionality aligns with customer requirements and business needs.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and elevate potential risks or obstacles impacting implementation.
• Provide clear and consistent status updates to customers and internal partners.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering an efficient, high-quality onboarding experience.
