Job summary

Emprise Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist to coordinate and execute implementations of Treasury Management products for new and existing clients. You will manage activities from commitment to activation, ensuring requirements, documentation, systems, and dependencies are addressed on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute implementation of Treasury Management products and services following customer commitment.
• Coordinate new Treasury Management services and changes for existing customers.
• Gather and review customer information and documentation based on business and product requirements.
• Establish implementation requirements, responsibilities, timelines, and next steps.
• Monitor implementation workflow and service levels to ensure requests are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain ownership of implementation requests from initiation through completion.
• Maintain implementation information in applicable systems, including electronic signatures, OTEs, and related workflow requirements.
• Coordinate document exceptions and implementation obstacles with appropriate internal partners.
• Identify potential delays, dependencies, and customer-impacting issues and proactively communicate them.
• Confirm services are appropriately established and ready for customer use.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.
• Establish clear expectations regarding requirements, timelines, responsibilities, and next steps.
• Coordinate activities across customers, Treasury Management Sales, Commercial Banking, Bank Operations, vendors, and other internal partners.
• Provide timely implementation status updates.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing Client Service.
• Review customer documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Complete and monitor applicable workflow, documentation, electronic signature, and system requirements.
• Maintain accurate implementation records and supporting documentation.
• Perform quality-control reviews to identify missing or incomplete implementation requirements.
• Conduct post-implementation follow-up to identify outstanding items and confirm successful activation.
• Evaluate implementation processes for efficiency, effectiveness, customer experience, and operational risk.
• Identify recurring implementation challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain implementation procedures, checklists, and supporting documentation.
• Recognize customer, operational, fraud, compliance, and service risks and escalated appropriately.
• Partner with the Technical Solutions Specialist when implementations involve technical configuration, integrations, automation, or specialized training.
• Partner with the Client Service Specialist to ensure an effective transition into ongoing support.
• Serve as backup to Client Services and Technical Solutions functions, as needed.
• Share implementation trends and recurring customer issues with the Treasury Management team.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
